    Yep, you can. If you buy it before you get to the airport you'll have to put it in your check-in luggage. You can also buy it in the airport and they'll seal it in a clear plastic bag with a reciept inside showing you bought it there. That's how it was coming through madrid just before christmas anyway, it might vary slightly from airport to airport.

    yeah exactly. The restrictions don't apply to airport shopping - remember tho, that as Belgium is in the EU, it's not duty free.
