    We are looking for someone to take over the running of the Coffee Shop within County Donegals largest and first purpose built garden centre complex. This may suit a company wishing to expand or for someone looking to start their own business. The existing cofee shop has been opened for nearly a year and we are lookign to sub-lety this area to be ran as a seperate business. The area involved is flexible to suit your requirements with ample space for outdoor seating. We currently have seating for 80 people.

    A bit more information....

    Regarding time-frame we are looking to have the right partner in place before Easter, preferably before St Patricks weekend.

    The road useage figures for the N13 indicate an everage passing traffic of 15,000 per day rising to 32,000 for July and August.
