    Hi
We are paying 3 months rent for a new employee, who has moved from a another city to take up work. Just wondering about the BIK implications, if any.
    Thanks
    James

You can pay rental on behalf of a new employee relocating for a maximum period of 3 months without applying BIK. There are certain requirements that must be fulfilled.

    See appendix 4.

    Hope this helps.
