I am planning on filling my CAO form this and have DCU in mind for first place. i was on their website looking at the fees and i cannot figure out what i actually have to pay. i understand that there is a standard entry fee of apx. 830 euro r but there is somthing about HEA 'free fees' for undergraduates telling me that my course costs 7 grand. the course i want is general and children nursing(intergrated).
    can anyone enlighten me?

well based on what normal undergrads pay, its only the 830 that you will pay. the government pays the rest.

if you get a grant you'll only have to pay about 50 (money to Students union etc...)

the 7 grand is for the people who have to pay. i.e. people who are going back to do a 2nd degree, or international students that may not be covered.

only reason you'd pay the 7 grand is if for some reason you're not eligible for free fees.
