Split Heel....tis sore

    Good morning.

    Looking for a bit of help on this.
    recently my skin became very dry, maybe not enough water :(
    Anyway the skin on my left Heel cracked and now i have a split right down the middle of it and its a killer!

    In the morning its quite sore but later on in the day it gets ok, and its damn hard to put my shoes on.

    I have covered it with a plaster but I doubt that will work, does anyone have any tips pls.

    get some good cream and cling film.

    Rub in the cream before you go to bed, wrap your whole foot in cling film and put on a sock over it, should be a lot softer in the morning.
    You can also get special plasters for it, they're rubbery and act as a new layer of skin.
