Hi, I have 0 kb free on my hard disk, in my macbook.
When I go to delete files they do delete, but I still appear to have zero kb free space on the hard disk.
And yes, I have emptied the trash! ;)

    Any ideas?

Do you have filevault turned on? If so, plug ithe MacBook into the mains then logout/reboot/shutdown and it will ask you if you want to reclaim free space.
heh, I was wondering about that.
I tried restarting a few times, but couldn't figure out why the filevault prompt wasn't appearing.

    cheers
