Opinions on Argos Bryan punchbags for 60 yoyos

    Hi guys
    I want to get some sort of punhbag .Argos do a 3ft one for 60 yoyos .I know is shorter than normal but Its also cheaper than normal .

    Could i practice kicks on a 3ft model ?

    I dont mean to hijack this thread and by all means reply to Remmy first but Im also looking for a punch bag so if anyone knows anywhere to get a good muay thai one that would be great

    well sure ya can, a mate of mine a while ago got a 3footer, hung it up and tied a sand bag to the underside, it was super.

    to both lads, workout world on the keys dublin, just down from knightsbridge pub, do some big and small bags, should be checked out before argus:)
