Outlook fonts

I am working out of Outlook 2003 on an Exchange Server 2000 system. One of my co workers is having problems reading some e-mails because of the font size of the lettering. He wants to have the option of changing the font size of an incoming e-mail on the reading pane from like 8 to 12 to make it easier to read. I have tried many things to see if I can get this to where he will have the option of doing this. But, I have had no luck in doing this.

I would appreciate any help anyone can give on this problem. Thank you.

I don't think this problem can be resloved. As far as I can tell when the message is in HTML i think the sender gets to decide what the font size is, the recipient has no choice in viewing the email in the reading pane. Can anyone shed more light on this?

I tried Ctrl and moving the wheel (like on the IE) but it only seems to work for one email in ten. Don't know why?

Right clicking the grey border of the readign pane (this is where i am getting desperate) brings up an option to change the font sizes but it has no effect at all!

If any one has any info on this issue it would be appreciated.

    Later.
