this is probably the most important aspect of martial arts training to ensure longevity in your 'martial arts life'. when i'm at mma league (and pro mma events for that matter) i'm always amazed at just how bad people warm up for dynamic events with static stretching etc. so this is a great chance to get the right info from a respected expert.

and to those who pm'ed this is suitable for people with no previous experience in this area. it'll be aimed to give beginners some applicable knowledge in this often neglected area of training.
