Just finalized the payment for a little Sigma 30mm f/1.4 DC.

    Who here has one?
How do you find it wide open?

Oh yea and it's equivalent to a 60mm f1.4 on my body.

    Seb.

A crop factor of 2x ?? What kind of body/sensor is that?

    Whehey! About time Seb!

Works perfect wide open, as you've seen from my gigs with it, DOF is pretty small, but you get used to it. Should be a cracker at 60mm!

Well have been using my 50mm F2 for most gig stuff and would love just that bit more so took the plunge. Remember I have quite crappy noise on anything over ISO800 :(

This shot was handheld with the 1.4 focussed to infinity.

a bit blurred ,but not bad for handheld.
