Digiweb not recording traffic?

Hi, this one if for other digiweb Metro service users: it has been days since mytraffic.digiweb.ie does not record any traffic, at least for me; the counters and graphs displayed remain to zero despite down/up load use. Is this happening to anybody else? regards.
