If someone wants conversation, this isn't the kind of thread to stard. So everyone mentions where they're going, where's the conversation in that? Only the debate of a cynical mind like mine, it seems.

No, what people need to do is start creating threads with some merit for discussion, not crap where you just mention something / list something.
