3 pc's same problem

3 pc's that I put away before christmas (all 3 were working fine.) I pulled them out during the week and all 3 have the same problem. They will boot to bios fine and will attempt to load windows but will then reset and start again?? one will show the windows splash screen for a split second (pc1 below) and will get as far as the AGP drivers in safe mode

The second one shows the bsod for a split second(not long enough to read it or even take a photo) (pc2)

I have tried several hard drives with them including one pulled from another working machine of similar spec. I have replaced the memory with spares I have tried each in 'barebones 'form, I have tried to get windows going in safe mode, I have reseated the cpu,s on all 3, I have even swapped the cpu's between 2 of them, I have used different psu's If it was just 1 Id say the mobo was borked, but all 3????

    anyone any ideas?

    specs...Pc1 1.7G celeron 512MB mem onboard everything
pc2 1.6G celeron 512MB mem with agp Graphics
    PC3 P111 800 382MB mem and agp graphics

the p111 i have had since new and has been my test rig/lender pc for some years now and I honestly thought it was bullet proof.....:(

Did you store them in a damp place ?

Try reseating the majour hardware components too.

Definitely sounds like damp. Open the cases and leave them somewhere warm and dry for 24hrs or so.
