[Request] Where to Buy Snazzy Glass Tables

    Hi All,

I’m looking to buy a snazzy glass dining table with accompanying glass coffee table for an apartment, but want to avoid Rip Off Republic prices. Can anyone out there recommend a trader in the North, an Ebay trader or even a trader in the Republic, (or anyone else), that would allow me to do this. Details of why you recommend that trader will also be welcome.

    Thanks in Advance

Personally I don't think we pay much more for high ticket things than other countries unless you blatantly refuse to shop around.

If you were buying a table from UK expect about £60 delivery costs - don't forget petrol is 40% dearer in UK than Ireland!

I saw a very nice glass table in famous furniture on longmile road last week - they sell at 50% discout to rrp on ex catalogue & over stocks from M&S Hpuse of Fraser & Laura Ashley. I don't remember the price but it was region €600. - Solid oak cross legs with 10mm safety glass. - Would last a life time!

I've bought a fair bit from them in the last year - quality is excellent and was able to do direct comparison on 2 items in Classic Furniture and price was exactly twice what I paid.

Have u tried Domus in Coolmine industrial Estate?

They r near powercity and Tiles supermarket (or something like that).

We got our glass table with chrome legs and leather chairs there last year, fantastic shop, the guy was very helpful and friendly and gave us a great discount!
    Wouldnt go anywhere else! :D

A mate bought a glass table and chairs (not glass!) in a new shop in Athy. Not sure how espensive but it is deadly. They have wings that make it fully round or sort od eliptical. Very cool.
