Try resetting it or uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

Also, does anyone know any shop where you can get screen protectors that work with the Vision M?

What about direct from Creative themselves? They come to about €18 (incl. delivery)

    Bard,

You can get them on ebay for under 5.99 Euro with free post. They ship them from Singapore. I've already bought a leather case and remote for my Vision M.

My software freezes up when I try to copy a large movie over (circa 800 MB). Music has copied over fine. I've had it for a couple of weeks and only needed to resest it once.

I had a freeze with mine the first time I tried to copy a movie over. Reset and its been fine since. I also updated the firmware, even though I only bought it was week it was out of date, no real changes but maybe it makes them more stable...

Hi, I got my zen at christmas, didnt know how to work it but luckily it turned itself on after an hour or two of charging. My friend got one too but hers never turned on so she returned it and got a replacement that works fine.

I find if you download music / video to your hard drive, then right click and select "copy to creative zen", it transfers in no time. if I try to do it through the creative software or windows media player, it never works!

I bought an iPod one today in douglas, €5. i had to shave it off around the sides a bit to get the right shape, but i'd still prefer that then pay more!:)

    Thanks anyways for the help.

I'm having the same problem. My zen is nearly 3 months old, no problems but then the battery when completely dead and trhe screen black. Plugged usb into computer and the blue power light started flashing which means it it charging, all good I though but I left it in for hours like 6 or 7 and it still wouldn't turn on.

So I got my boyfriends PSP wall charger and the blue light goes on but doesn't flash and the screen stays black. Press the reset button but nothing happens. What can I do?!!!! I'm leaving the country in a week so don't have time to post it to get fixed and help would be great! :(
