    Don't know how important they are , but now regret not holding out a bit longer , and spending the extra few bob on the Sony Alpha , over my Nikon d50.
    Spent 2 months debating what to get !
    The Sony Alpha won European consumer camera award, and i've heard its pretty good.
    Pixmania are selling it for under 800 euros , including lens

    Sony always know how to charge for their goods. Sure their laptops are expensive and so are their other products.
    If I had to choose I'd buy a nikon myself ,at least you know where you stand.
