i downloaded dvrmstoolbox (for converting dvr-ms to mpg) last week, i think it was their site or one linked to from their forums that i downloaded from, the site wasnt working properly one or two days ago also, still not working for me now

Appears to be offline all right. Maybe it was affected by the quake in Taiwan, don't know where the site was hosted.
