Digital camera reccommendations

Hey im looking for a decent digital camera around the 200 euro mark, would consider paying more if external memory was included. Any suggestions as to where i should start or what i should look out for??
I was considering maybe the sony cybershot w30 promo pack off pixmania http://www.pixmania.com/ie/uk/482764/art/sony/cyber-shot-dsc-w30-ultra.html?itag=5892, but its a 6megapixel camera, and i know you can get 7 or even 8 in this price range, but are they as reliable??
Also, my vaio laptop has a dedicated memory stick card reader so thats why i was considering sony.

What are olympus like as a brand of digital camera?

The olympus looks quite good I myself use the powershot A620 for quickies but just reading up about the mju700 it seems to fit the bill.

Thanks a mil bro, just neede a little reassurance from sombody that knows what theyre lookin at more than i do, lol:D
The other plus is that both the olympus and the sony have rechargeable batteries.
So now i have narrowed it down to these two;
