    Hey guys.

Does anyone know where one can easily access a high vantage point in the city for taking shots of the surrounding area? Somewhere just south of the Liffey that would provide a good view looking west over the river perhaps.

    Cheers!

What about the Guinness Gravity bar ? A quick search on flickr will give you an idea of the views from there.

It'll cost you 12.60 if you book online, 14 lids if pay at the door (but you get a free Guinness).

On a clear day, the views are great.

Top of Stphens Green Car Park isn't bad either.

What camera do you have Simon?

    Fancy meeting you here!
I'll try that out as soon as I can.. Seems like a pretty decent idea!
And I have a 350D. I decided to go for it a few months ago after a hell of a lot of thought! 'Tis a very nice piece of equipment.

    hehe

My camera obsession went a different direction
since the last spate of gigs i was at.

I'm afraid to bring the tank into a gig in case I
hit someone in the head ...again...

sigh.....no more mosh pit photography anymore
    for me.
