Very nice, beautiful lady. Number 1 I would have used a smaller aperture to get both eyes in focus. Number 2 it seems a bit too symmetrical for me. Beautiful pictures, I like the look you are going for. Not too hard to fix and a good excuse to take her pic again.. :)

Thanks for commenting. The depth of field is too tight for some peoples liking - the idea was to have her lips and the nearest eye pin sharp and the everything else fading gradually - (this is probably easier to see on the higher res version in the link).

The symmetrical-ity of the 2nd one is intentional too - this was cropped in processing to look that way (as the original picture is full length head to toe). The area of space around her was just because I liked the tones and the way it graduates outwards. It does make her look a bit isolated though. Thanks for checking.

The first one looks very natural and the second is very nicely proccessed the tones really suit it.

my opinion is that the 1st one is very good. I like the shallow dof, maybe clone out the slight blemishes on the models face (one on her cheek, and a couple on her chin), no offence to her, but we seem to like "perfect" complection these days. Love the catch lights, love the tones. I would have gone more left of centre for the focus eye.

TBH, i dont think the the 2nd one compares.

I love what you have done here, the first one works really well with just showing the one eye sharp as you mentioned. The second has a nice glow about it and the tones work very nicely.
