    My wife is doing a employment law assignment and the above case was discussed in class yet we cannot find reference to it anywhere on the net. Would really appreciate if somebody could point me in the right direction.

    The case itself relates To Hurley taking and action against imokilly co-op over an injury received in work as far as i know

    Not all judgments are available on line. Most recently published judgments are available on irlii.org or on courts.ie

    In particular if you look at the pdf version of the Hurley judgment, you will see that someone went through a transcription (automatic or otherwise) exercise to put the judgment on line. They have to make money some how ;)
