Food Steamer

    In a pathetic attempt to make 2007 a bit of a healthy eating year, I've bought a food steamer.

    It came with a few recipes.. which ironically involve me steaming a load of vegetables and then dumping them into sauces made with butter. Now.. It sounds fantastic.. but realistically Im trying to be good.

    Has anyone any good ideas/tips/recipes to start me off on the right track?
