Firearms Certificate application form?

Anyone know if there is an official form that I can download ?
When I look at the garda.ie website it has a form to download to
apply for a firearms cert if your a NON resident but has nothing at
all for a normal joe-soap resident which seems a bit odd.

Hopeing to make my first buy this month. But I need to get more
info first on how to actually go about doing whatever I need to do
from my end. (I have not contacted my local station yet
as I want to make sure I can get the rifle I want first)

I am guessing first buy the rifle or stick a deposit on it, get some
paperwork/rifle numbers? then do a meet and greet with the local firearms
officer to try get a cert ? then all going well once I have it be able to
collect the rifle. Is that about all there is to it ?

What kind of questions am I likely to be asked If I am meeting
with a the local garda firearms office to apply for a cert.
I want to be prepared in case they get sticky/awquard.

Sparks has it online somewhere, I'm sure he will provide the link.

I'm not sure what good knowing what the cert is like will do you. The only input you have is signing it.

The garda filling it out will ask you the relevant questions (your details, details of the firearm, what you want it for etc). Once you have these and the relevant back up evidence to hand (letters from landowners / clubs and so on), you're good to go.
