Can't change channels from upstairs anymore...

I'd replaced an existing "magic eye" with a cheapie from maplins. Was fine but hadn't used the tv in weeks. Popped the wire back in and now it isn't changing the channels from upstairs. There's no settings in the box or anything for something like that, is there? It's plugged into rf2 on back of box.

Check that everything is plugged in securely, and reset (unplug, re-plug) you digibox.

I find that sometimes the LED can be on on the "eye" but it won't change channels. A quick jig of the cables sorts it out.
