emergency flight

    Some freinds of mine need to go to Hong Kong for a funeral in the next day or so -- the cheapest flight they were quoted is 2000 euros each -- could anyone reccomend reputable website for cheap flights tp Asia -- they need to book real soon, as it is crisis -- any help appreciated ... thanks.

    You generally don't tend to get cheap flights last minute I'm afraid. Ring up the different airlines reservations departments and see what they can offer you - shop around.

    However, if they can get themselves to London Gatwick, the new airline Oasis Hong Kong might be cheaper than most. It's basically a low-cost, long haul airline that is pretty new..might be worth checking out www.oasishongkong.com

    Oasis HK don't seam to have any flights in the next day or 2 , the family want to arrange flights today due to the crisis, i said they might be best to hold out till tomorrow , and see what trailfinders can quote, but they want to book today.
