.... one piece of equipment that you have that if you lost it, you would quit playing altogether. Could be guitar, effect, favourite plec, drum stick etc...

Mine would be my Ibanez EX370FM, If anything happened that guitar I would throw myself off a bridge

Can't say there's anything I could lose that would make me stop playing. I just love guitar so much, even if everything was stolen, I wouldn't give up.

I have a La Patrie classical that I love. It would hurt irreperably if anything happened to it.

Don't be so absurd... A plec can be easily replaced, you have some nice guitars, have another think about it!

Well, if I don't have a pick, I quit playing altogether...until I get another. Then I take up the hobby again and realise I enjoy it :p

You're not a real guitar player until you can improvise... I can play without a plec... *Thinks I am deadly*

OTOH if some of your stuff got "lost" it'd be a great reason to buy some new stuff. :D

Yeah, like when you lose a guitar and then find it again a few weeks later except that it looks different and more expensive. ;)
