Folks Does anyone know of any clubs that practice in westmeath? Looking to join in the new year,i have been saying this for 2 years now and i need to get off my butt and do something about it,any suggestions/disciplines welcome. cheers

hey, Im in westmeath

I do wado kai karate in the Athlone GAA centre every saturday.

junior class is 11am - 12:30

senior class 12:30 - 1:30

One of my friends is in Athlone looking for a place to train. He didnt like the Shorin Ryu place. How much sparring do you do in the Wado dojo? Is there a website for the club?
