    My 360 keeps freezing.No red lights it just freezes and i have to turn it off.It mostly happening when i play Gears of war.Would it have anythimg to do me changing to 60mhz

    These are your 2 options

    1. go here http://www.xbox.com/en-IE/support/contact/ and ring them
    2. grab your receipt and back to the shop with it.

    and try not start a second topic on the same problem

    Thanks but i lost the receipt but gamestop did take down info like name address etc on their computer

    Not to be rude but if you didn't keep safe the receipt from a €400 console, one that has been known to have a problem or two i might add, then that's your own fault.

    Luckily for you m$ will prob fix it for you.

    I wouldn't worry bout the receipt. seen as your xbox has already been to Microsoft before, be best to send it back to them.

    if the shop were nice, they might have some sort of record of the consoles they got in, serial nos 123 to 234 for example. That way you could say your console came from that shop. worth a shot. ONLY SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SOMEONE WHO ISN'T HUNGOVER

    I agree with 4Xcut find a manager and be as nice as pie to them. I was like that with the manager from smyths when i went in about min. as i had no receipt either. He said if M$ cant help call in and he should be able to sort it for me.

    if its broken be best to get it fixed if its still under warranty no point in extending the life for a few weeks if its going to die outside the warranty.

    Its been know that the inter cooler can cause some issues with the 360.
