Yes.

Read up on it, take precaustions, set yourself a trigger to go and a trigger to return home.
Becareful and if anything spooks you or gibes you the heebiejeebies get away from it.

I did not know that Astral travel could be dangerous. Very interesting though.

I dont know if anyone read Graham Hancock's book Supernatural but I am assuming it is the same concept?

so you've done it? How did you manage it, and did it take long for you to build up the ability? What kind of precautions do you recommend, and what I REALLY want to know is, what is it like? Is it like dreaming, or real?
