New computer -- where to buy, and what specs?

I'm about to treat myself to a new computer to replace my current, four-year-old machine. So far, the most promising online stores, range-wise, seem to be Komplett.ie and Ankermann-pc.com. What kind of experiences have you all had with them? I hadn't heard of Ankermann before, but browsing this board I came across several positive mentions of the site, and messing with the customisation section on the site let me put together a seemingly very good computer for about E1000 (though minus a monitor).

I'm looking to buy a computer that could last me another four years, though I don't expect it to /need/ to. I'd like to be able to play Elder Scrolls: Oblivion and NWN2 at decent settings, and Guild Wars: Nightfall at top settings, and be able to run lots of applications (including Photoshop and Illustrator) simultaneously. I don't need a huge hard drive; I already have a 320GB external one. Here's what I picked out the other day on Komplett's site:

    Crucial DDR2 PC5300 2048MB CL5
NEC DVD±recorder AD-5170 IDE Black OEM
    Samsung 19" LCD Syncmaster 920N TCO-99
Norman IC, 1 year license Virus Control
    PC box
    SoftThinks Installation/Recovery
    Microsoft Wired Keyboard 500,
    Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB SATA2
    NorthQ 4001AT, ATX 400W Silent, 120mm
    Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 1.86GHz Socket
    Microsoft Windows XP Home SP2b
    APLUS Case Qubic, Black
    ABIT IL9 PRO, Intel 945P, Socket-775,
    Gainward GeForce 7600GT 256MB GDDR3,
Sony Floppy Drive, 3,5" 1,44MB Black

This came to about €1250. How does that look to you all? What could I compromise on, and what doesn't look good enough? I'd especially like advice on the PSU, motherboard and case -- three things I paid little attention to until they were choices on Komplett and Ankermann's sites. My budget is €1200; I'll go over it by up to €100, but would rather not. Huge thanks in advance to anyone who can give me advice on this.
