hey im thinking of buying a lens(as a post xmas pressie for myself) and am probably going to go for the sigma 70-300mm so i can get in some macro shots but im going to nepal during the summer, well thats the plan anyway, to climb everest base camp and i think a fixed wide angle might be more useful for that so what are…

hey

im thinking of buying a lens(as a post xmas pressie for myself) and am probably going to go for the sigma 70-300mm so i can get in some macro shots but im going to nepal during the summer, well thats the plan anyway, to climb everest base camp and i think a fixed wide angle might be more useful for that so what are your suggestions? i have a d50 with kit lense so i think that might be wide enough but id like to hear what ye have to say, im swaying towards the 70-300
