Sony Mp3 player help

    I have a 'Sony Walkman 8GB MP3 player'

    I am having problems with connecting it to the program it uses to upload songs 'SonicStage' (Sonys version of iTunes i assume). When i connect the Mp3 it flashes up:

    ''Cannot use intelligent features because the connected ATRAC Audio Device does not have the updated database. Disconnect and connect the devise again to update the database or change the settings to not use the intelligent features. (Error Code: 000066d6)''

    As you can imagine i have obviously connected and reconnected it a few times and no joy. As for the "Change the settings to not use Intelligent Features" I cannot find this option on the program.

    Anyone have any ideas???? Should i just Re-install the program and see what happens??? Any help appricated!!!:)

    same problem here. Its a head wrecker. have uninstalled. First thought it only transferred cds or stuff of Sony "connect" site. Not the case . Everything is a problem.
