Xbox keeps freezing-system or game?

    Every time i play gears of war my xbox freezes.Sometimes the music in the background will still play but there is no response.I dont think it is the controlers.Any ideas?Thanks

    Okay so this is what happens
    Gears of War-About less than 5 mins of play then freezes
    Over-G-About 20 min gameplay then freezes
    Saints Row-About 15 gameplay and no freezing
    Also there is no red lights

    Happend mine and took it back today, fella in the shop said its a bit of a problem with the system..he said hes got about 5 back in the last 2 weeks..
