Head/earphone recommendations

Ok, I want to get new headphones or earphones for my mp3 player. I also plan to use it with my computer if the cable is over about 2 feet (speakers are broken atm and I'd also use it at night). I'm basically trying to figure out what type to get and how much I should spend. I figure there is no point paying a few hundred for a player and only a few quid for the earphones.

Some points, I can't use earphones(would have to be in-ear) as they don't stay in for me properly. On a vain note, I'd rather not use ones with big overhead straps, mess up the do! Similarly big over ear ones would prevent me wearing glasses comfortably as well (although I'd mostly wear contacts). They would also be uncomfortable to jog with I'd imagine.

Of course that's not to say I wouldn't by headphones if they were the best option and value

I'd be willing to pay up to €100. I've been looking around ebay a bit so any suggestion can include just the brand or where to buy them.

    Thanks a lot,

can you clarify on this it confuses me.. do you want in ear earphones? and if not how do you expect to get earphones if you dont want in-ear or over-head? i should be able to give you some good suggestions once you clear this up for me

You know the ones that just rest in your ears, like normal ipod earphones. My ear flap thing doesn't keep it in place properly. Thought they were all like that until friend said happened to him as well. Although it might be just the poor quality of earphones.

By 'in ear' I meant going into ear canal.

Tbh, I'm not really sure what type I want yet. Both having pros and cons for me. I'm leaning against the big overear Bose type ones, mainly because I couldn't jog with them.
