Get a friend to send you a message or you can get a photo from your sd card and send it to your wii message board. I dont think it stays on forever though =[

Yes, i could have sworn i posted this here a few days ago. turns out it was on wiffy.ie that i posted it

Anyway if you go into your wii settings you can configure it.

Wii settings > Wii Connect24 > Slot Illimination

You get 3 settings Bright / Dim / Off

I notice on mine when its set to dim that, it gets brighter and a little dimmer every 2 seconds or so

I went to connect24 and there was no such option.

I went to connect24 and there was no such option.

Under the WiiConnect24 settings you should see the following options

    WiiConnect24 > on /off

    Standby Connection > on /off

Slot illumination > Bright / Dim / Off
