How ****e Are Transformers Now?!

Posted this in my own forum (http://www.thegudmen.com/forum) plug plug but I know people here will share my frustration.

My eldest son got some Transformers off Santy yesterday.

The new Transformers suck major balls. They're made out of rubbish plastic and the robots just look like a jet/ what ever they are with a face.

He got a book with it with pictures of other Transformers in it and Megatron turns into a JET?!

A ****in' jet?! Megatron turns into a ****in' huge hand cannon not a ****in' jet!

He got a little one of Soundwave, remember Soundwave the cool mother ****er that turns into a boom box. Not this one - he turns into A ****IN' JET. Rather ****in' ****ely so too.

Transformers could be played with in the dirt and washed and fired at your brother and wouldn't break. These ****in' new yolks come apart in your hands when you're trying to transform them.

I hope the new movie isn't a let down

Old Transformers were rubbish too. They broke easy as well.

Megatron being the key example. Got him for a birthday when I was a kid. He looked rubbish as a robot and was boring as a gun. Dogiest looking transformer ever it has to be said. Looked nothing like the guy in the cartoon and worst of all seemed to be sporting a giant erection between his bellbottomed legs whilst in robot form. His arms broke off before I knew it too. Useless toy! Anyone who says otherwise probably never had him.

Never had soundwave but I remember playing with him and he was another case in point. Who the hell would want a transformer that turns into a walkman? One that doesn't even actually play real tapes either mind you.

Much better to just have the two of them turn into jet-planes. At least kids might have fun with them in their transformed states now.
