    Hi,

    I got a 32" HD LCD today and noticed it had a "game mode" in the settings (its the samsung 32"). Does anyone know what this does exactly, i put it on but all i really noticed was the colours going a bit darker?

    Thanks

    I've seen this before though have not yet seen a technical explanation as to what it really does, Samsung claims it reduces the response time and probably pumps up the contrast as well (raise the brightness to counter the darkness if you want).

    It's not really necessary for it to be used with the Xbox 360 just play around with the colour controls till you get something to your liking.

    For example here is what I use on my slightly older gen 26" Samsung;
    Contrast: 96
    Brightness: 58
    Sharpness: 45
    Colour: 50

    Colour Tone: Normal

    Dynamic Contrast: Off
    Brightness Sensor: Off
