for those of you who shoot in RAW. what do you do with the RAW images after you've processed them? Do you archive, delete or simply store them within your existing file structure?

At the moment I'm debating between deleting them (once I'm happy with a base jpeg/tiff to work in iphoto/photoshop) or storing them in a archive folder in case I need them later on. Just wondering what others do?

Archive. I keep a copy of the raw, high res tiff, and a jpeg for each photo.

I like to think of RAWs as negatives... I may like the "print" now, but I'll keep the negative in case I want a true original later.

I always keep RAWs, and JPEGs/TIFFs/PSDs of the finished product, depending on what it is.

Open the Raws in RSP and flag ones that I like for further PP, also at this stage I delete any files that are beyond redemption, i.e. too soft or shook etc.
PP all flagged images and convert the best ones to 16 bit Tiff for further PP in PSCS2.

I also create a ghost image of my drives on a separate physical HDD from time to time and also burn everything to DVD.
