They talk about TA1's position being at 361.5 degrees east with inclination but he does not know the inclination

361.5E is 61.5E but from what I can understand they seem to add 'ost oder west' which suggests the satellite is capable of bilocation!

Does anyone know where Tierro Abacho (sp?) is?

Last time I checked there were 360 degrees in a circle - so 361.5 is 1.5 ???
