Running Bad

Does anyone have any methods for getting out of a bad run? I was playing very well throughout november and then I took a fortnights break from both live and online poker. Since I ahve resumed play I haven't been able to record a single winning session in online cash play. I generally feel quite beleaguered and apathetic when I take a seat and invariably seem to lose regardless of what style I have adopted. It is sloppiness rather than tilt that seems to be hindering my play more than anything else. For instance I am playing much more passively than I usually do, which has resulted in me not getting value on big hands and losing more in marginal situations. On the flip side I have done remarkably well in live games in the SE and Jackpot. In early November I started playing live cash games in town and found them to be ridiculously soft and easy to beat even in adopting a passive approach.
I have a feeling that the approach I have to the live games ahs somehow conflicted with my online game. Has anyone else had a similar experience or does anyone have any recommendations for realigning your focus and getting back into your groove?
