    Can anybody recommend a good alround package? It has to be web based as some of the team are overseas. Preferably IIS.

    JIRA is very cool. Not free, but not extortionately priced either.

    Mantis (free) if you want something light.
    Bugzilla (free) if you want something more complex.

    Joel Spolsky's (of JoelOnSoftware fame) FogBugz is also supposed to be quite good...but I haven't used it, and is payware.

    I use Fogbugz both internally for the team I manage and also as part of another company that I consult for. It isn't expensive and it works very well.

    Used Jira but it runs on Tomcat.. not the worst to use..

    There is an ASP.NET BugTracker.. i will check out when i get back to work one what one it is
