Christmas Eve in Leitrim

I'm doing my stint with the inlaws this year in the West and will be around Leitrim on Christmas Eve (Sunday 24th). I see on MET Eireann that the weather is supposed to be pretty good for the rest of this week and the weekend.

I will be in need of "an escape plan" on Sunday and a nice round of golf would fit the bill perfectley. I think I'll be based pretty close to Dromahair - are there any nice courses around that neck of the woods that would be okay with me playing on a Sunday? I'm still a pretty novice hacker, so anywhere too serious will suck the potential fun out of it for me to.

Any recommendations would be greatly (desperatley) appreciated!

If your willing to travel a wee bit you have Ballymote (very hilly) and Tubbercurry. Both 9 hole courses but nice all the same.
Ballymote is €15 a round and Tubber is €20.
You also have Boyle which I have no info on.
