Transformers the movie Trailer!

Here is the new trailer of Transformers the live action movie. I have have to say they look stunning in it. You only get glimpse of them in it. But what you do see, looks great.Strangely from the trailer it looks as though Bay didn't mess them up.

Now lets see what the film is like.

Looks pretty good imho. Only bad thing is that the release has gone from April to July.

Ah i get it now, stupid American dates. I always saw 7.4.7 as being April.

On the release date actually, anyone see it??? Independence day.......:rolleyes: I really hope that there's not some big american patriotic part in any of the film as it always makes me cringe. :mad:

dont like the look of the young couple...i get the feeling there will be another war of the worlds gag reflex at the end

Its Michael Bay of course its going to be patriotic. We know he loves the military and basically this film is going to be some of the autobots help us but really the US military saved the world yet again!

It looks stunning and I cannot wait to see it but it just looks a little Michael Bay for me. F-14's flying through tower blocks in a city and all that crap.

Pearl Harbour is really the only Bay film I didn't enjoy - so im cautiously optimistic about this.

looks grand so im cautiously optimistic, no pun intended. as a fan of TF i was worried they'd **** it up big time but it looks like spielbergs managed to reign in bays excesses. i seem to remember him saying we wouldnt see the bots till the movie so someone must be leaning on him. still the mood is lovely so i fully expect to see lots of dead humans and if its got a decent plot we should be set.

by the way the official site seems to be fully on line now, i dont know if that planet is the official version of what cybertron looks like but i wouldnt rule it out:D

Im not liking the line "Most will come to destroy us", isn't this supposed to be shades of G1 and not actually 'kill the humans' but more 'whoops, we crashed here, oh looks Autobots'.

There's nothing 'wrong' with them, I just don't personally like the look of them all that much. I haven't since I've saw the concept art.

They're too busy, with bits hangin' off em here there and everywhere. IMO they look more like bugs than robots.....albeit metallic bugs.
