You should have no problems with games.
I'm not sure what type plugs they have so you may need an adapter.
And you can just set your location in the settings as Ireland or wherever you're from.So you're pretty much sorted.

as long as you buy your games from oz too, it is region coded after all

No, Oz games are actually PAL too, so there should be no problem playing the games bought here.
