    Actually I find the MOP inlays quite tasteful, although I don't like the vine-up-the-neck thing.

    The plastic pearloid body veneer on the other hand....ewww

    The neck is nice but the body is CACK, there's something cheap and generally GEDDITAWAYFROMME about it.

    The spangle one. It's just complete overkill. The inlay looks crap compared to the beautiful J Custom vine inlay, it's too busy, but on the whole I think they really went all out on this guitar, and it seems to work.

    I certainly wouldn't buy it mind you, I'm just saying I rather like it. I think it's because I've never really seen anything quite like it before, the whole pearl top is bizarre.

    I much prefer when things are kept tastefully garish, like the aforementioned J Custom. That's real beauty there.

    Jaysus that white one is butt-ugly. That white stuff on the front just looks tacky. If that guitar was a woman, it'd be the neighbourhood slapper..
