    Hi all

    I am cooking for three of my friends on saturday...all vegetarian.
    I am looking for suggestions for something fairly special for them...My expertise involves meat of some sort although I do a kick ass spinach and ricotta canneloni but that seems fairly lame...

    Any help appreciated!:)
