    A) Even at 38quid, it's still cheaper than the shops.

    B) I got a 28quid dvd boxset from play in the post yesterday morning and the VAT Nazis haven't broken down my door yet.

Fair enough - i got gears of war after a 2 week delay and didn't get done for VAT, but it does seem like a good number are getting done, so it is better that people know there is a chance.

Also, its unlikely to arrive by Christmas, if it is being bought as a present.

    Fair dues on both points.

Where does the VAT and handling charge get added? I went right to the end of the buy process for Pro Evo 6 and it still shows €37 delivered.

From that thread - would then appear the GRAW and Pro Evo etc would be fine, as they are under the required price.

I haven't been caught on any recent packages (highest being 32 quid). But others appear to have been nabbed, even with packages in the mid twenties value range.

Era, I find it hard to believe that amongst the humongous amount of mail currently moving around, they'll be able to catch nothing more than a token number.

ha, had done a boards search and was just about to post that. Cool, so anything under €45.

Don't CDWOW send each CD separtely though?

edit: bah, just read the rest of the thread and someone mentioned my point above.
