Fold pf. check turn is probably better, fold to that reraise.

    Fold pf.

It was an extra $1 with my BB already in, 3.5:1 on my money, surely it was worth a flop with J7s?

check turn is probably better, fold to that reraise

Can you elaborate on this, as in why?

(I'm not doubting you, just trying to learn for the future)

Yeah, sorry, didn't realise it was a min raise on you bb.

There's no reason to bet it. You've very weak hand oop, you want to keep the pot small., he's called, indicating he's got something (i didn't read the result yet). Really you want to get to showdown and try and hit you flush cheaply.

He's reraise pretty much tells you you're beat, and you haven't got the odds to call to hit your draw, and no implied odds as you're in short, so folding is best.

maybe bet a little more on the flop too, if you're gonna bet it.

I would lead for $3 on the flop

I dont really like the turn bet - I would either bet more or check, probably check. I prefer check call on the turn because we arent getting value out of very many hands for 2 more streets & we have a vulnerable hand that we dont want to get blown off

As played I would call the turn raise and shove if I make my flush or hit 2 pair/trips, and check/fold otherwise

also, nothing that we beat calls us.
