    Hi there,

Luke has very kindly offered the Fitz's facilities for the annual Boards SSF game on Thursday of this week. (Thursday 21st).

I'm very undecided as to what the buyin should be and the format so I thought I'd stick up a poll and see if anyone had any suggestions.

I'm prevaricating between a 20 euro rebuy gamble-fest for laughs or the more serious 50+50 single-rebuy or a 100 freezeout.

Can you vote on these options (but only if you have a reasonable chance of attending please!).

    DeV.

Which would you prefer? 33 votes

personally, i'd go for the 20 rebuy gamble fest. the HU charity one was great fun. Plus, by the final table we had 400k chips in play with blinds at 100/200 which made for a really great game of poker.

you could have prizes for the most amount of rebuys, and free beer etc.

I wouldn't mind making it down for this one.

I'd definetly be up for the 100e Freezeout idea or even make it Double Chance, or even a 50e + 50e would be grand.

with 30 minutes for like the first 4-6 levels, followed by 45 minutes? allows for a lot of poker to be played.

i will play a 50+50 game with 4/5K chips each plenty of prizemoney, or a 100e freezeout with lots of chips. like the 50+50 best though....

looking forward to it. prefer 50 & fifty as I don't want kids running round the place, spilling their minerals, dropping their crisps, pulling each others hair.

u could have a 'Rich Bitch' buy in for an extra 100 euro - now hear me out.

if you spend the 50 and then the buyin and then get busted out, you could get a big lump of chips for 100 euro, all the money going to SSF?

actually the 20 rebuy sounds like fun too. bring a camera.

will we have enough time to play if its the shortest day of the year...?

HI Guys, any ideas of start times?

I prefer the 50-50, mainly because I think you'll get a number of players who will only rebuy once if at all even at the €20 level. A 50-50 will generate more revenue over the number of participants...I think.

I may even end my self-imposed exile from live play for this. Would be great if we could start at 8 or 8.30 though, have a really busy day on Thurs!

But many a lunatic will rebuy multiple times, especially if its for charity.

how about multi rebuy with 40% of the rebuys to charity. you will get loads of mainiacs.
