    Hi guys,

Havent really posted on here, yeah one of those lurker types. I use betfair very little, actually really only when one horse I have a little knowledge of is running. Today when I am trying to log on it keeps redirecting me that it cant find the wallet or some such message. I recall seeing some chatter on here about the updates but didnt take any heed of it at the time. I am in Montreal on hols at the moment and I doubt that has anything to do with it ,as there doesnt seem to be any firewalls or such where i am as I played a poker tourney earlier. Any one with any clues or tips would be great

    Mike

They had problems getting an Australian gambling licence, so they had to get around it some odd way by giving you 2 wallets (which hold your money) one of them is the australian one. Have you checked your non australian wallet?

Unless you are backing on australian stuff, it should not be a problem. They had an upgrade on wednesday and were down again this morning. People are still having problems so it may be that too.

    cheers wb,

Not sure what the problem is, firstly it wasnt kept saying my login details were incorrect and now the craic is, I log in and immediately it when I get in it clicks right off to the search page on my computer. Havent a clue myself. As for the horse I follow its Mounthenry am awaiting to hear what the craic is for tomorrow. As alluded to on here by someone else he never got going over fences which was more than disappointing. Hopefully tomorrow might go better, though I guess rubys mount is going to be the main danger. Cant see anything else in that race but then thought that in Cork when he ran against Mossbank and Anothercoppercoast won it. So as with any racing , who knows!

Mike, Betfair can't accept US customers but I'm not sure about Canadians. So maybe the IP from which you're logging in is causing the problem. Or it could just be the issues they've been having with the recent upgrade. Either way, you should contact them. info at betfair dot com

I had an idea that Montreal was in Canada, my wife being Canadian and all that :p

I was just explaining the changes made after the 'wallet' thing.
